One Advantage to the Neighborhood

We may have to put up with more than our fair share of empty 40 ouncers strewn around, but I guess being a few blocks from the rescue mission has a few perks. Like when local graffiti artist, Jacob Bay tracked me down and asked if he and few mates could take over the side of the building for a legal project. Why not? I thought. It didn't look that great in the first place, and if it irritates the old bag who owns the dirt lot next door, even better.
